These applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 568 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 16th respondent in C.M.P.No.21891 of 2023, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 16th respondent and rank them as respondents 17 to 20 in A.S.No.64 of 2017.

2. Mr.Abdul Razak, learned counsel has entered appearance for the proposed parties.

3.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed, the delay of 568 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the deceased 16th respondent in C.M.P.No.21891 of 2023 is set aside and the respondents 15 to 18 are brought on record as legal representatives of the 16th respondent and ranked as respondents 17 to 20 in the appeal.
