ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 452, 324, 363, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.119 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advovate submitted that this Court vide order dated 03.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.291 of 2020 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the very same crime number and also produced a copy of the said order.

3.Since anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in the very same crime number, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this petition. However, this Court grants further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the petitioner, to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 03.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.291 of 2020.
