ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, in Crime No.431 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had purchased a two wheeler worth about of Rs.20,000/- from the defacto complainant, Thereafter, the petitioner has not paid the amount. Hence, the complaint was registered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that it is a case of cheating. He would further submit that the petitioner had purchased a two wheeler worth about of Rs.20,000/- from the defacto complainant, Thereafter, the petitioner has not paid the amount. He further submits that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that there are two previous case pending against the petitioner and the petitioner has involved in similar offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
