This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Police to register the complaint dated 03.03.2016 in C.S.R.No.75 of 2016 and consequently to file a Final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.75 of 2016 and the same was closed on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature.
