(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379, 430 of I.P.C., 1860 and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in connection with Crime No.90 of 2021 filed this petition and this is the second petition seeking for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner.

2. The case of prosecution is that the petitioner said to have indulged in transportation of illegally quarried sand. Hence, the complaint has been registered against the petitioner.

3. Earlier, this Court had passed an order dated 10.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4351 of 2021 dismissing the petition on the ground that the petitioner is involved in three other cases similar in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in four other cases similar in nature, and there is no change of circumstances to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
