This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 05.09.2018 in W.P.No.3075 of 2003. 1 / 4
2. When this Contempt Petition came up for hearing today, Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents has filed a compliance report stating that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and the arrears of pay payable to the petitioner calculated to the extent of Rs.1,16,503/- was paid to him by a cheque dated 29.06.2022 and having receipt of the same, the petitioner has also given an acknowledgement, the copy of the same has been filed along with the compliance report. Hence, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the contempt petition can be closed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the orders of this Court has been complied with.
