These applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 1446 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 15th respondent in C.M.P.No.19219 of 2023, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 15th respondent and rank them as respondents 16 to 19 in A.S.No.63 of 2017.

2. Mr.Abdul Razak, learned counsel has entered appearance for the proposed parties.

3.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed, the delay of 1446 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the deceased 15th respondent in C.M.P.No.19219 of 2023 is set aside and the respondents 14 to 17 are brought on record as legal representatives of the 15th respondent and ranked as respondents 16 to 19 in the appeal.
