ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.12.2021, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A), 22(c) and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in crime no.985 of 2021 seeks bail. 2.

The petitioner was found in possession of 5 LSD stamp along with two other accompanies, had in their possession of 2 LSD stamp each and 100 grams of Ganja, investigation reveals that, in the trade of illegal selling and procuring it from online. On the date of occurrence, based on specific information, the petitioner along with two others were in possession of 9 LSD stamps and 100 grams of Ganja and it was seized in total.

3. Earlier, when the bail petition was moved before this Court, this Court adjourned the matter for chemical analysis report, till date chemical report is not produced.

4. Considering gravity of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
