O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.248 of 2019, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

2. Heard Mr.Duraikannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Session Judge on 15.02.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.248 of 2019 is alone modified, to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall stay at Vellore and report before the Sathuvachari Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All the other conditions shall remain intact.
