ORDER

[This case has been heard through Video Conference] This original petition was disposed of by this court on 19.03.2021 thereby granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions and again it is listed today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner under the caption "For Being Mentioned" for correction of typographical error in respect of date of offence.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a typographical error in the order granting anticipatory bail with respect to the date of occurrence.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for amending the date of occurrence.

4. In the light of the above submissions, the description of the date of occurrence at para 2 of the order be read as "14.02.2021". Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this court for surrender https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ 1/2
