: M/s.P.Anbarasan COMMON ORDER It is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioners that, interim orders passed by this Court have been complied with, in all these cases, and the employees have been reinstated in service, without prejudice to the rights of the respondent/contemner to contest the matters. Hence, recording the compliance, though belatedly, all these Contempt Petitions are closed. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that, already the respondent/Corporation have filed counter affidavit on vacate stay petitions in the Writ Petitions, and prays that the vacate stay petitions may be listed for hearing before the appropriate Court. 3.
In view of the above, Registry is directed to list the vacate stay petitions filed in W.P.Nos.8302, and 8861 to 8864 of 2016, at the earliest before appropriate Bench, during the course of next week.

With the above observation, the Contempt Petitions are closed, as stated above.
