Heard Mr. Lakshmana Raju, learned counsel representing Mr. D.Sreenivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner on record and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the material available on record.
2. The case of the petitioner is that by issuing impugned order dated 14.12.2017 in Na.Ka.No. 1667/A1/2016, the respondents have withheld some amounts which are payable to the petitioner.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that while the petitioner had been working as Accountant in the Child Development Project Office, Tiruvanamallai District, an audit recovery amount of Rs.55,923/- was recovered and withheld. Subsequently, the audit part are cleared and a sum of Rs.55,923/- was paid to the petitioner and as such, he submits that no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is true that the petitioner has received an amount of Rs.55,923/-. But he has to receive an amount of Rs.2,26,357/- and Rs.1,36,871/-.

Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that for the said amounts, he has to approach the Chennai Social Welfare Employees Thrift and Credit Society and Trichy Revenue Department Employees Thrift and Credit Society. But the respondents herein are no way concerned with the payment of the said amounts under those two heads.
6. On perusal of the order impugned in this writ petition, the petitioner is entitled for an amount of Rs.55,923/- only from the respondents. As already the said amount was paid to him, there is no liability on the respondents to pay with regard to the other amounts. It is for the petitioner to proceed with the Chennai Social Welfare Employees Thrift and Credit Society and Trichy Revenue Department Employees Thrift and Credit Society, if he have any grievance against them.
7. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
8. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
