ORDER

Considering the fact that the applicant has already been permitted to let in evidence in a suit between the parties and also to let in evidence through Advocate Commissioner in another suit, I do not find any impediment in allowing the application.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that evidence can be recorded simultaneously in all the suits.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the evidence of the plaintiff shall be recorded by the very same Advocate Commissioner simultaneously in C.S.No.31 of 2021 and 521 of 2018. However, in this suit, the applicant is directed to pay a remuneration of Rs.75,000/-(Rupees Seventy five thousand only) to the learned Advocate Commissioner.
