ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 to 3 submitted a status report filed by the Sub

Collector, Perambalur vide Letter No.6400/A3/2014 dated 03.01.2015, wherein it is stated as follows:

"On verification of revenue records, it is found that this land is leased to Adi Dravidar people and the lessee cultivated Maize crop. Thiru.Veeramuthu S/o.Kanjamalai who is lessee for this year has sown maize crop. However, further maintenance activities were not done by him according to Hon'ble High Court's order. A photograph of the land and copy of Adangal for Fasli 1422, Fasli 1423 and Fasli 1424 is enclosed for reference."

2. In view of the same, there cannot be any contempt.
