J.Gopal .. Respondent Prayer: This Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.28351 of 2016. Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the issue of the impugned order No.HR/ Contract/15 and 29.4.2015 and HR/Contract/16 dated 11.5.2016 of the 2nd and 3rd respondents respectfully and quash the same in so far as the appointment is termed as contract is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in terms of the original order of appointment reference No.HR/ESTT/15 dated 17.3.2015 with all attendant benefits;

J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of this Court was delivered by NOOTY. RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.) This Writ Appeal has been preferred by Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited and its Officials, aggrieved by the decision rendered by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.28351 of 2016 on 15.12.2016.
2. We heard the matter for considerable length of the time on the previous occasion and made certain suggestions for the parties on either side to consider. Fortunately, the parties have deliberated on those lines and they have arrived at certain terms. The agreed terms has also been reduced to writing. Those agreed terms have been brought on record by way of a memo signed by the respective parties and also the counsel who represent them in the matter.
3. The memo of agreed terms filed today into the Court is taken on record.
4. In view of the agreed terms, the respondent/writ petitioner shall be treated and deemed to have been appointed as Deputy Manager (Marketing) - Unit I at New Delhi with effect from 01.03.2017 and he shall also be treated to have completed satisfactorily the period of probation in the said post by the said date itself.
5. While placing on record our appreciation for the efforts put in by the respective parties, assisted by their learned counsel, we dispose of the Writ Appeal by substituting for the Judgment rendered by the learned Single Judge, the agreed terms contained in the memorandum filed today into the Court.
