This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruppur to dispose of the Divorce Petition in H.M.O.P.No.470 of 2022 on merits within a time to be fixed by this Court. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the arguments have been concluded in I.A.No.4 of 2025 which was filed to receive the additional documents and the matter has been posted for orders on 16.04.2025, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruppur shall endeavour to pass orders on 16.04.2025 in I.A.No.4 of 2025 and within a period of two months thereafter, shall dispose of H.M.O.P.No.470 of 2022.
