The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the above criminal revision against the order dated 07.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2685 of 2023 in C.C.No.1114 of 2016 passed by the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Sagadevan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 has vehemently opposed for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
