A.Nos.1332, 1334 & 1335 of 2021 in C.S.No.256 of 2019 V.PARTHIBAN.,J These applications are filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th respondent and to bring on record respondent Nos.6 to 8 herein as legal heirs of deceased 5th respondent and rank them as defendants nos.7 to 9 in C.S.No.256 of 2019. 2.

Heard, Mr.Perumbulival Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the applicants.

3. These applications are not opposed by the contesting respondents/defendants in the Civil Suit, the proposed parties, namely the respondent/defendant nos.7 to 9 who are sought to be impleaded as defendant nos.7 to 9 in the Civil Suit.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these applications. Accordingly, these applications stand allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Civil Suits for final hearing on 26.04.2021.
