Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue an order of writ of Mandamus for a direction to direct the 3rd respondent to measure the land which is situated in S.F.No.36/5 of an extent of 0-80-0 hectare which is situated in Jaffrapet Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District with police protection.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus for a direction to direct the 3rd respondent to measure the land which is situated in S.F.No.36/5 of an extent of 0-80-0 hectare which is situated in Jaffrapet Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District with police protection.

2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 26.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the fourth respondent/Special Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 26.05.2021.
