This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.495 of 2024, dated 12.01.2024 that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Though the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has suppressed certain facts relating to offences under SC/ST Act at the time of granting bail, the petitioner had complied with the conditions as imposed by this Court, vide order dated 12.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.495 of 2024. He also submitted that the investigation of the case was completed and final report also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the fact that the investigation of the case was completed and final report filed, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.495 of 2024, dated 12.01.2024 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
