Crl.M.P.No.7915 of 2024 in CRL.RC.No.SR.51595 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI. J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Adocate (Crl. Side) takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.

Mr.R.Sagadevan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the second respondent.

3. The affidavit filed in support of this petition has been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and also to print the name of the respondents in the cause list.
