O R D E R

(Order of Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Seeking prohibition for opening a TASMAC shop in K.K.Nagar, Vadugapalayam Panchayat, Uthukuli Post and Taluk, Thiruppur District, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Upon instructions, learned Additional Advocate General produced a copy of the communication of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.481/2017a, dated 16.05.2017, addressed to the second respondent stating that the proposed TASMAC shop in the above referred place has not been permitted and accordingly, the said proposal has been dropped.

3.In view of the said communication dated 16.05.2017, this writ petition is closed, as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.13500 of 2017 is also closed.
