This Court is of the considered view that the learned counsel for the petitioner is under the guise of bringing the matter for 'Being Mentioned', requires some clarification and the same cannot be done. Therefore, in the absence of any such petition, this Court is not in a position to clarify the order especially Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 18.01.2019. Hence, no further orders are necessary.
