This writ petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to call for the records of the respondents relating to the file of the Application and representation of the petitioner on 03.12.2020 and to the order the respondent for the appointment.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents are proposing to withdraw the notification which is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court finds that nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.
4. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. It is always open to the petitioners to challenge any fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner in the subject matter in future. No costs.
