O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for the lands acquired from the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that already an enquiry has been commenced and the petitioner attended the enquiry on 13.03.2025 and submitted all the relevant documents. He further submitted that for the lands that have already been acquired, the compensation amount will be determined and paid to the petitioner. 3.In the light of the above submission and after considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd 2/4

respondent to fix the compensation amount and pay the compensation to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
