..Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the order bearing No. Na.Ka.No. 587/A./Ka.Thu.Aa/ Sa.O/Ko/ Ma/2016 dated 05.06.2016 passed by the respondent and quashing the same and directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the awareness rally from Coimbatore to Erode on some other day on behalf of his Political Party.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, through Video-Conferencing, made a submission that the cause arose for the purpose of filing of the writ petition became vanished.
