This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.09.2014 and made in W.P.No.21278 of 2014.

2.No representation for the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the order dated 15.09.2014 made in W.P.No. 21278 of 2014 was complied and proceedings was issued in Na.Ka.No.5928/A1/2009 dated 30.01.2015 and the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was rejected.

The learned Government Advocate also enclosed copy of the order. 3.As the order was complied with and the request of the petitioner was rejected, it is open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
