ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition for punishing the respondents for disobeying the order of status quo granted by this court on 11.09.2017 made in W.M.P.Nos. 24499 & 24500 of 2017 in W.P.No.23396 of 2017.

2. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, has filed the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent wherein it has been specifically stated that they are maintaining status quo as directed by this Court and that they will not violate the order of status quo granted by this court.

3. In view of the specific averment made in the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent, I do not

find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. SD/- Assistant Registrar (Comm.
