Earlier, this Court by an order dated 14.11.2022 allowed the above petition on payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- payable to the counsel for Respondents within a week and adjourned the matter to 21.11.2022 for reporting compliance.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner filed a memo for tendering cost of Rs.3,000/- and the same is recorded.
