ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners are arrayed as A8 and A9. The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.924 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent would submit that the petitioners have already filed a petition seeking for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.11364 of 2020, and the same was granted by this Court by an order dated 03.08.2020. Now, this is second anticipatory bail petition.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail by this court, the second petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
