ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J) The relief sought for in this habeas corpus petition is for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action to release the petitioner wife Mrs.Induja, aged 21 years, who was kidnapped and kept in the illegal custody and produce her before this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 states that the Detenue Smt.Induja, Daughter of Mr.K.Palani, was already married to one Thiru.T.Edwin John Bosco, son of Mr.Isaack, residing at No.1, Kulanthaiyesu Nagar, Sesurajapuram, Nattrampalayam, Krishnagiri District. The marriage had already been registered on 8th day of November 2017. The certificate of registration of marriage has been produced before this Court.
3. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
