ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, as the dates on which the District Level Kabaadi Contest was scheduled to be held on 15.01.2017 and 16.01.2017, was over. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
