ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(I) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of The Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.26 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail petition for second time. Though, this Court has not granted anticipatory bail on the earlier occasion and dismissed the same on 04.03.2022. The second anticipatory bail petition does not carry any new facts or change of circumstances.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
