ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, Mr.C.Gauthamraj, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, produced a copy of the letter dated 29.02.2024 which states that a detailed order has been passed by the respondents in compliance of the directions of this Court issued in W.P.No.17694/2020 dated 12.10.2023.

2. Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in the said order the petitioner's entitlement has not been properly considered. In such case it would give a different cause to challenge the order.

3. So far as the direction given in the writ petition filed by the petitioner is concerned, it has been complied and hence nothing survives in this contempt petition.

4. Thus, this Contempt Petition is closed.
