ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms.)No.44 dated 22.08.2025 was placed before this Court, wherein an amendment has been brought to the following effect:- "(xi) against the entry "15. Office Assistant" in column (1),- (a) for the entries in column (2) thereof, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- "By deputation from among the holders of the post of Office Assistants in the departments of Secretariat. (or) By outsourcing by following due process".

The scale of pay has also been fixed for Junior Assistant by inserting Sl.No.12A in the Schedule-I.
