This petition has been filed to extend the time for the arbitration proceedings in the Arbitration Case No.SBNP/PG/21 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that to file claim statement, they had to collect details from the ground level officers and also from other branches. Therefore, time taken by the applicant/claimant was unavoidable. By the time, claim statement was filed, statutory period of one year should have been completed. Hence prays for extension of time for completing the arbitration proceedings.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant an extension of time in Arbitration Case No.SBNP/PG/21 of 2018.
