This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 25.09.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No.19028 of 2023.
2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Kumaresan, the learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the third respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.09.2023 made in W.P. No.19028 of 2023 has been complied with. The other respondents also concur with the same. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.
