Karthikeyan, learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) and the writ miscellaneous petition (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) thereat as there is no description of property in the prayer. However, learned counsel sought leave of this Court to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to come to this Court again on the same issue/cause of action with appropriate prayer. Request acceded to.
