ORDER

This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner had filed an affidavit, indicating that he has been

undergoing treatment for his ailments and is not in a position to attend the Court for examining himself and hence, sought for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents states that they have no objection in allowing this application.

4.Mr.K.Harishankar, Advocate, Phone No:9841076561, 'Capitate', 9th Floor, No.554/555, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018, is appointed as Advocate Commissioner for recording the evidence of the petitioner residing at No.24-B, Balaji Nagar 2nd Street, Balaji Nagar, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014.

5. The Advocate Commissioner shall collect the list of documents mentioned in the Original Petition including the original Will, visit the residence of the petitioner, record his evidence and submit his report along with the marked documents on or before 07.03.2025.

6. The Advocate Commissioner shall entitled for a remuneration of a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).

7. Accordingly, the application in A.No.857 of 2025 in O.P.No.39 of 2025 stands allowed.
