By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, after making submissions on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for now is confined and seeks to issue a direction to the respondents to look into the grievance as made out in the representation dated 06.10.2014. 3.

Thus, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 06.10.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the representation to the first respondent enclosing the copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
