This petition has been filed seeking to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.2439 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026 by including the offence under Sections as 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS r/w Section 4 of Women Harasment Act instead of offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) & 351(3) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.Op.No.2439 of 2026 dated 30.01.2026 and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
