The learned counsel for the petitioner informed that the petitioner had passed away on 21.03.2021.

2. On 25.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions with regard to prosecuting the Writ Petition by the legal representative of deceased petitioner.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite

addressing a letter to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, there has been no response.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. K.SURENDER, J.
