This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.24 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai by deleting "Sureties with solvency certificate shall be filed by the sureties residing in Tamil Nadu".

2. Heard Mr.J.Samiullah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are from Tripura State and they do not know any persons in Tamil Nadu and hence, they could not produce solvency certificates. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that though the petitioners hail from Tripura, they are doing business in Tamil Nadu for several years.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made on either side, this Court is not inclined to modify the order passed by the learned Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.24 of 2019. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
