This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take legal action against the 2nd to 4th respondent based on the complaint dated 29.06.2015 in C.S.R.No.462 of 2015 and subsequents complaint dated 20.04.2016, on the file of the first respondent Police. http://www.judis.nic.in G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J
rm 2.It is seen that the complaint was made in the year 2015. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition Stands dismissed.
