O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents.

The Petitioner is seeking the relief in the present Writ Petition for passing of an order by this Court in directing the 2nd Respondent to consider his representation, dated 28.06.2017.

At this stage, Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 to 5, fairly submitted that the Petitioner has to produce a fresh No Objection Certificate to be obtained from the concerned authority and further, he has also to submit other documents mentioned in the communication dated 11.01.2018 addressed by the 1st Respondent/Commissioner, Directorate of Town and Country Planning Office, to the 3rd Respondent/Regional Deputy Director, District Town and Country Planning Office, Coimbatore Region, a copy of which was marked to the Petitioner. He further submitted that as and when the Petitioner furnishes the documents as per the request made in the communication dated 11.01.2018, the 1st Respondent will consider his representation within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

Taking note of the said submissions, the 1st Respondent/ Commissioner, Directorate of Town and Country Planning Office, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.34566 of 2017 is closed.
