Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in impugned the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.8339/A4/2016 dated 12/04/2017 and to quash the same by directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the school.

The writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 12.04.2017 and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the school. 2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to submit a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fresh representation before the authorities concerned and on such submission, the authorities concerned may be directed to dispose of the same.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation enclosing all the certificates along with the copy of this order to the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the authorities concerned shall consider the said application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
