This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 09 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and
perused the materials placed on record.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2024 has been transferred from the file of the respondent to the Investigating Agency, Kanchipuram on 20.02.2024. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the respondent.
4. In view of the above, the Investigating Agency, Kanchipuram is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
