CR.NO.1676 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the imposed condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3011 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021 in Crime No.1676/2020 on the file of the respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.NARAYANASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3011 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3011 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
