Prayer:- Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act 1971 praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, in W.P.Nos.32586 and 32587 of 2016, dated 19.09.2016.

COMMON O R D E R The learned Government Advocate for the respondent has submitted that notices of enquiry were issued to the petitioners, and the petitioners appeared before the respondent/Tahsildar on 13.07.2017, and the next hearing is fixed on 21.07.2017.

In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to close these Contempt Petitions with the following direction:- i) The petitioners should appear before the respondent/Tahsildar on 21.07.2017, without fail and the Tahsildar shall record submission from the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as per the direction issued by this Court, in W.P.Nos.32586 and 32587 of 2016, dated 19.09.2016, within a period of one week therefrom. 3.
