This Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to transfer the I.D.No.498 of 2006 on its file, to the Principal Labour Judge Chennai.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that, during the pendency of this Writ petition, the main dispute in I.D.No.498 of 2006 itself was disposed of by the 3rd respondent, vide order dated 15.04.2016 directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the 1st respondent/workman notionally with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits and the same was challenged by the 2nd respondent before this Court in W.P.No.42638 of 2016 and the same came to be dismissed on 24.08.2023 and the matter got settled between the parties.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
